Downtime di Registrar Domain Name

Pelanggan Bali Orange yang terhormat, Kami mendapatkan pemberitahuan downtime sementara pada sisi registrar domain name, dikarenakan adanya perbaikan hardware pada server mereka. Jadi, untuk pendaftaran domain, perpanjangan domain name, dan pengelolaan di http://domreg.baliorange.net untuk sementara belum bisa dilakukan.

Pihak registrar berjanji akan membawa sistemnya kembali live online pada 12 Maret 2009. Berikut informasi dari Registrar :

Due to a major hardware failure at the Datacenter, the Orderbox Control Panel and associated services are currently undergoing an unscheduled downtime. Our System Admin Team is relentlessly in contact with the Datacenter and is actively working on replacing hardware and restoring data.

Affected services include the Orderbox Control Panels, Supersite/Partnersite, Whois services and the API. While you and your Customers would not be able to add new orders or manage existing ones, the orders themselves will not be affected. All Domain Names, Hosting Packages, Digital Certificates and other services will continue to function seamlessly.

This unscheduled downtime is expected to finish around 12:00 AM GMT on March 12. We are doing everything we can to bring the system up as soon as possible and will keep you posted on the same.
